Steps
1. Sign in as a user with at least the Application Administrator capability global role assignment
2. Go to MANAGE > Users in the banner.
3. Click the user in the list.
4. Select the Named License checkbox to only look at named users.
Only available if named user licenses are enabled.
5. Click SAVE.
